Vision for Education are looking for Teaching Assistants to work in Primary Schools in Ramsey and surrounding villages, working with a variety of year groups both generally and on a one-to-one basis.

Schools regularly contact us looking for teaching assistant support. Schools are generally looking for teaching assistants to work on a 1-1 or small group basis with children who require additional support. These roles tend to come about with very little notice due to schools taking on a new starter or long term staff absence.
We are looking for people with a confident approach to building relationships with children, particularly those with SEND. You will need to have a calm and empathetic approach and an understanding that behaviour is a means of communication. A working knowledge of the 'Cambridge Therapeutic Approach' would be beneficial.
