Tape-Out & Lithography Engineer

GLOBALFOUNDRIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a candidate to provide technical support to the R&D department by accurately executing tape out activities. Responsibilities include handling non-standard frame data, preparing documentation, and interfacing with mask makers.

The ideal applicant has a major in Electrical and Electronics or Microelectronics Engineering, and knowledge or experience in wafer fabrication processes. Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso is also essential. This role is essential in ensuring precise data transfer and alignment in the production process.
