As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening BGC’s ability to proactively identify, engage, and attract top consulting talent. Working closely with the Recruiting team and hiring leaders, you will build high-quality talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and longer‑term growth. • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and role requirements, identify ideal candidate profiles, develop job postings, and identify role specific sourcing strategies.
