About the Role
US TALENT SOURCER
The Talent Sourcer will be responsible for making outbound calls, text messages and emails to passive candidates, screening them for potential job opportunities and scheduling them with the appropriate Recruiter while providing ongoing customer service to ensure a successful interview process.
To be successful as a Talent Sourcer you should be able to build instant rapport, have excellent listening skills, be self-motivated, competitive and strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. We have a comprehensive training program to ensure you have the proper foundation to be successful!
Benefits:

- Salary Package: Php20,000-Php25,000 (including de minimis) + Monthly Commissions!
