We are looking for a dynamic and strategic **Projects Partner** to join our Talent Operations team for 1 year. This role is essential for developing and implementing strategies within the Talent global function in order to make it more agile, data-driven, and aligned with Sanofi’s growth objectives.
The Project Partner plays a key role in supporting the design, planning, and execution of key talent projects across Sanofi's global HR ecosystem. Reporting into the Global Talent Operations function, this role partners with P&C Centers of Excellence (CoEs), Digital and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver projects that strengthen Sanofi's talent capabilities and employee experience.
