Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and launch strategic Talent projects using AI, workflow automations, and cutting-edge technology.
- Optimize recruiting workflows, including interview scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder management.
- Identify and integrate new Talent tools to constantly upgrade the company's tech ecosystem.
- Design best-in-class Talent processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Implement a data strategy to ensure all talent decisions are data-driven.
- Build and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to surface bottlenecks and optimize the hiring funnel.
- Provide coaching and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment, interviewing, and talent assessment best practices.
- Previous experience working within or directly with Talent functions.
