We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Manager to join our team.

As a Talent Manager, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top technology talent. You will partner closely with our Head of Operations to understand hiring needs, develop talent strategies, and contribute to the growth of our teams across Europe.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer stage.
• Source and attract IT professionals through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
