Job Description

Align and follow up training strategies for all Stellantis Mexico Locations and support Talent Management activities.

STRATEGIC: 35%

  • Align Global training strategies in Stellantis México
  • Support Global Talent Journey program in Stellantis México
  • STPS process follow up

    • OPERATIONAL: 45%

  • Implement development actions and training programs as onboarding, mandatory courses, Talent Journey courses
  • Administrate LMS and support users in all locations
  • Follow up STPS process (meetings, documents, enrollment)

    • RESOURCE MANAGEMENT: 20 %

  • LMS: Stellantis Learning Hub
  • Training tools

    • Requirements

    3 years of experience in training- areas or similar positions, experience coordinating training events, managing STPS training processs, administrating an LMS
