About the Role
To build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement.
Ensure all clients, candidates, and colleagues receive an experience in line with the Page Outsourcing values.
Key Activities could include:
- Capturing successful candidate details and initiating onboarding activities
- Scheduling Hiring Manager Interview with Candidates
- Tracking candidate progress against the agreed-upon onboarding checklist - highlighting and escalating any outstanding actions or information
- Responding to outstanding or adverse onboarding elements through an agreed escalation process - closing the circle on any dropouts or delayed start dates
- Working with recruiting teams to educate candidates on onboarding requirements to minimise dropouts and delays
