What You Will DoIdentify and monitor the company culture to ensure it aligns with company goals and promotes positive employee experience.Partner with managers and employees to resolve complex employee relation issues, including conducting workplace investigations, conflict resolution and addressing escalated concerns.Collaborate with the Employee Experience and broader HR team to facilitate and support the execution of Talent Management initiatives for assigned facility fostering a culture of coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement.Partner with facility leadership and recommend policy/practice improvements.Facilitate the Talent Review Process for the facility and other assigned business groups.Coach leaders on the appropriate actions required to respond to employee performance concerns.
