About the Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IndustrialPsychology, or a related field (required).
  • Postgraduate degree or certification in Talent Management, Employment Equity, orrelated areas is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, employment equity, or arelated HR role, with at least 2-3 years in a management or supervisory position.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisitionstrategies.
  • Experience in managing employment equity compliance and reporting.
  • Training in diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, talent management, andproject management is highly desirable.
