Profile Requirements
- Recruitment Experience: Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to contract signing.
- Account & Client Management: Ability to handle client relationships and align recruitment strategies with client needs.
- High Volume Recruitment: Comfortable handling multiple job orders simultaneously across various roles.
- Market Experience: Prior experience working with Australian (AU), American (US) clients, or hiring local Philippine talent.
- Industry Exposure: Preferably has recruited for Digital Media, Finance, Customer Service, and Administrative roles.
- Strong Communication Skills: Able to professionally engage with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
- Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Efficiently manage processes, prioritize tasks, and resolve recruitment challenges.
