We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Pune HR team. You will assist in end-to-end recruitment, maintain recruitment trackers, follow up with candidates and managers, and help build strong candidate pipelines. You will also support referral drives, internal hiring, and participate in local meetups to enhance the company's employer brand.
