Overview
- Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern program.
- Responsible for to attracting, screening, selecting and onboarding qualified and suitable personnel to fill our job openings.
- Inform of any difficulty or need to adjust employee profile or Job Description
Qualifications
Scope & Authority:- As a result of the interviews recommend an applicant to become part of the company
- Identify areas of opportunity of job descriptions and profiles
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or any Equivalent field.
- Able to read, write & speak in ENGLISH (primary).
- Minimum of 2 years as a recruiter, BPO background will be an added advantage.
- Well verse in recruitment field.
