About the Role
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for operational and administrative positions
- Coordinating with internal leaders to develop candidate profiles and make hiring decisions
- Monitoring and analyzing recruitment KPIs
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience
- Implementing improvements to talent acquisition processes
- A minimum bachelor’s degree in administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition process (direct and indirect), ideally in EMS companies
- Experience working with head-hunters
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution
