Talent Acquisition Partner – Data Centres & Infrastructure to Helsinki, Finland (On-site)

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in London, reporting directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

This role will be responsible for attracting, engaging and hiring talented professionals across our business, supporting growth across data centre development, construction , engineering and corporate functions.

The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver an excellent recruitment experience while proactively identifying and engaging talent in a competitive market. This is a hands‑on recruitment role suited to someone who enjoys sourcing candidates, managing recruitment processes and building strong stakeholder relationships.
