Works closely with ABC business units HR team to ensure 100% adherence to Manpower Budget vs Actual. Optimize Hiring Source Mix as per the agreed grid To adhere to the Infant Attrition grid along with agreed Diversity Hires as a % of overall HC budget. To adhere to TAT for sourcing till offer release with onboarding. Ensures effective documentation at the zone of all important personnel documentation such as joining formalities in a timely and accurate manner with the help of the HR Business partners in the business units. Adherence to TAT and FTR for all key recruitment processes
