Position Title: Talent Acquisition Manager
Position Reports To: VP, HR
Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager leads Apache's recruiting function and is responsible for building and running a high-performing team capable of sourcing and placing both craft/hourly workers and salaried professionals across a dynamic, project-driven environment. Reporting to the VP, Human Resources, this role owns the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and sourcing strategy through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff — and is accountable for the speed, quality, and compliance of all hiring activities.
