About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Assist in maintaining candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support HR operations, documentation, and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare reports and assist with various HR projects as required.
Requirements:
Recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources.
