About the Role

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure great candidate experience through providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions and geographies
  • Support Talent Acquisition Specialist in recruitment activities where relevant
  • Manage interview/assessment calendar and coordinate between candidate and hiring manager
  • Initiate preboarding due diligence activities where applicable
  • Create and store hiring documentation and update data of the new employee in relevant systems (e.g. Workday)
  • Liaise with third party providers as relevant and other functions outside of HR
  • Manage the recruitment platform
  • Occasional support for employer branding activities such as career fairs social media campaigns etc.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by managers
