Working Hours :
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 10:00 PM (rotational)
- Weekends: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Work Mode : WFH (1 month)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Taiwanese & English proficiency (spoken & written)
- Minimum 6 months of customer support experience (any industry)
- Strong communication & customer service mindset
- Problem-solving & critical thinking ability
- Able to stay professional and calm under pressure
- Open to feedback & continuous improvement
- Computer literate; typing speed >=40 WPM, accuracy >=90%
