WSP is looking for a Senior Systems Requirements Engineer to play a critical role in a major urban rail extension in the Greater Toronto Area. The project involves complex integration of new systems infrastructure with existing transit networks requiring precision, collaboration and systems thinking at the highest level.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems requirements management activities for the rail extension project, ensuring alignment across design, delivery, and stakeholder teams.
• Administer and govern the requirements repository in IBM DOORS Next Generation, maintaining configuration control and end‑to‑end traceability.
• Analyze, decompose, allocate and trace requirements across multiple engineering disciplines and design phases.
