Systems Project Manager

Job Description As a Systems Project Manager, you will become an integral part of a fast paced and collaborative IT team. The primary focus of the role is the delivery of MLL s CRM and ITSM platforms, including associated system migrations, while also overseeing a range of smaller internal initiatives. Responsibilities include managing project budgets and timelines, producing accurate project and operational reporting, and coordinating with external vendors and internal stakeholders. You will ensure a consistent, structured approach to project delivery by applying agreed standards and best practices, while acting as a key conduit for information flow between the IT function and other departments across the business.
