About the Role

AIO runs on a set of internally built systems — HubSpot workflows, a Claude‑powered Inventory Management System, a custom internal reporting tool, and a growing set of operational automations. These systems are the connective tissue between sales, support, billing, and engineering. They need an owner.

As Systems & Operations Manager, you will own, maintain, and improve these platforms. This is a technical role with a strong operational lens: you need to understand how the business works in order to build the systems that make it run better.
