About the Role
This position is responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering comprehensive systems furniture installation training programs for installers and customers across North America. This role dynamically supports the Training and Service Department, balances instructional responsibilities with field installation support, warranty/claims resolutions and continuous improvement of product documentation.
Responsibilities
- Create and update training materials, video scripts, presentations and learning assessments for new product launches and existing product updates.
- Collaborate with Managers, Engineers and Designers to design, order and finalize training setups.
- Supervise mock-up installations, report product issues and ensure proper storage and transportation of products.
