Systems Engineer (Windows)

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Windows Systems Engineer to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, hardening, and ongoing support of mission‑critical Windows‑based systems across physical and virtual environments. You will work closely with application, security, and network teams to ensure high availability, performance, and security compliance for enterprise banking and payment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 10/11 environments in a highly available, regulated setting.
• Manage and optimize VMware virtualization infrastructure, including ESXi hosts, vCenter, and virtual machine lifecycle.
• Administer core directory and authentication services including Active Directory, Kerberos, DNS, and Group Policy.
