Systems Engineer

Key Duties and Responsibilities Conduct engineering planning for new and emerging bodies of work in collaboration with project stakeholders. Perform systems engineering activities supporting capability delivery, including system reviews and governance forums, under assigned engineering authorities. Review and assess contractor engineering deliverables and technical data for compliance with contractual and technical requirements. Apply Defence engineering policies, procedures and governance frameworks, including Engineering Management System requirements. Monitor technical risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies throughout delivery activities. Assess systems engineering processes and recommend practical continuous-improvement actions.
