Job Description
• On a day to day basis, this role develops and decomposes system architectures using model based systems engineering (MBSE) tools such as SysML, Cameo, and MSOSA to define system behavior, interfaces, functions, and allocations across multiple domains. The Systems Engineer works closely with cross functional engineering teams to deliver technical solutions that meet program performance, cost, and schedule commitments, contributing to requirements development, architecture definition, trade studies, and interface management. Responsibilities include capturing system requirements, architecture, integration, and verification artifacts within the MBSE model; supporting technical design reviews; planning and supporting system integration and verification and validation (V&V) activities; identifying and managing system level risks; and coordinating with specialty engineering disciplines to support certification and lifecycle execution within a broader digital engineering ...
