Systems & Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

First Tel Tech is looking for a capable and hands‑on Systems & Cloud Engineer to support our managed IT services and project deployments for SME customers. The role is suitable for someone who can handle more than basic desktop support and is comfortable working on Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cloud services, backup, endpoint security, monitoring, and customer IT infrastructure projects.

The engineer will be involved in troubleshooting, implementation, documentation, and improvement of customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for customer IT environments, including PCs, servers, Microsoft 365, networking, backup, and security solutions.
• Support and deploy Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, MFA, and basic security settings.
