Job Overview You will be deployed to our client who is a leading government technology agency driving digital transformation and innovation in the healthcare sector. You will be handling the internal system's KTLO maintenance,work processes, KTLO task tracking and user management. Responsibilities Provide ongoing application support and be involved in various stages of the SDLC. Work closely with vendors in application support, implementation of fixes, application testing, and supporting application and server patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies. Work closely with business users and build good rapport to empathise with their requirements and issues, engaging them until closure. Manage vendor/development teams by assigning and tracking application as well as security issues to ensure timely delivery.
