System Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced system administration across SailPoint, Active Directory, Azure, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools.
- Proactively monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal reliability and uptime.
- Diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex system issues; actively participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Apply system tuning, updates, and patches to maintain applications at current and secure levels, following established procedures.
- Coordinate with external vendors when necessary and ensure timely resolution, providing regular status updates to stakeholders and management.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and user guides for team use and knowledge sharing.
