About the Role
This is a newly created Systems Accountant role within a large, values‑led not‑for‑profit organisation supporting a diverse range of community‑focused operations across New Zealand. The finance team partners closely with operational leaders, providing insight, advice and robust financial systems that enable informed decision making at the frontline.
This role sits within a central finance function and is focused on ensuring financial systems are fit for purpose, well‑governed and continuously improved. You will be the go‑to person for finance systems administration, system enhancements and user support, working closely with internal stakeholders and external providers.

As Systems Accountant, you will take ownership of the organisation's core finance systems, with a strong focus on TechOne. You will support system upgrades, budgeting and year‑end processes, and ensure financial data is accurate, secure and accessible.
