As a Systems Reliability and Support Specialist Sr within PNC's Site Reliability Center organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Birmingham, AL.
Responsibility Areas:
ATM Application & Server Infrastructure Reliability
-Maintain uptime and performance for the ATM ecosystem, including server‑side applications, APIs, Windows servers, and SQL/Oracle databases.
-Monitor and troubleshoot production issues using tools like Dynatrace, performing root‑cause analysis and implementing fixes.
