Responsibilities
- Ensure system integration and technical coherence across the Academy Learning Environment.
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges throughout system operations.
- Support architecture planning, lifecycle integration, and development of technical roadmaps.
- Coordinate capability onboarding and transition of new services into operational use.
- Maintain operational assurance, service stability, and system reliability.
- Translate operational requirements into technical solutions and provide expert technical guidance.
- Support security compliance, accreditation activities, and CISPIA coordination.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of professional experience in system integration, technical coordination, or lifecycle management within complex IT environments.
