System Engineer

Purpose This role installs and maintains operating systems, applications, servers, virtualization, network devices and backup systems to ensure stable performance. The role works closely with support, and operations teams to ensure stable platform operations.

Infrastructure & System Operations
Designs, implements, and maintains enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms, storage, and network components.
Ensures system reliability, performance, and availability through proactive monitoring and capacity planning.
Performs system administration and advanced troubleshooting across infrastructure platforms.
Incident & Problem Management
Acts as Level 3 escalation point for complex incidents and technical issues.
Performs root cause analysis and implements permanent fixes or infrastructure improvements.
Designs and implements corrective and preventive measures to avoid recurring incidents.
