System Engineer

System Engineer Role: Manage and maintain Windows Server, RHEL, VMware, storage, firewall, and enterprise infrastructure environments. Perform system monitoring, patching, upgrades, backup, recovery, and performance tuning activities. Support infrastructure security hardening, access management, and compliance with IT governance standards. Administer enterprise hardware including Dell servers, Cisco switches, FortiGate firewalls, and Dell EMC storage. Support virtualization and container platforms such as VMware, OpenShift, and Kubernetes environments. Prepare infrastructure documentation, SOPs, reports, and support automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills: Strong experience in Windows Server, Red Hat Linux (RHEL), VMware, and enterprise infrastructure support. Hands-on knowledge of backup/recovery tools, firewalls, monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus), and patch management.
