System Engineer – Appliance Solutions
Motorola Solutions is seeking a System Engineer with a strong background in product design to join our Appliance Solutions team. The role is a hands‑on technical position, bridging the gap between hardware architecture, circuit‑level reliability, and system optimization for our high‑performance NVR and AI appliances.
Responsibilities
- Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, focusing on hardware validation, benchmarking, and workload characterization for AI and video throughput.
- Perform complex bottleneck analysis and system‑level troubleshooting, including identifying issues at both the component/PCB level and within the OS/driver layer.
- Develop and maintain automated scalability and performance test environments using a mix of hardware and software tools.
