- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure including physical and virtual servers, storage systems and related equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades and patch management for servers and infrastructure components.
- Ensure high availability, performance and reliability of on-premise systems.
- Support capacity planning and resource utilization to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure‑related incidents and issues.
- Coordinate with network, security and application teams to support system operations.
- Maintain documentation for infrastructure configurations and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with data center standards, policies and best practices.
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in IT principles.
