About the Role
- 6+ years of experience preferred.
- Preferred background in Banking, Insurance, or FinTech environments.
- Experience with ASP.NET MVC using C#, Web API, Entity Framework, ELSA Framework, IBM MQ, and Connect: Direct technologies
- Exposure to AS400 and RPG/COBOL from current or previous roles
- Knowledge of Red Hat Linux, Shell Scripting, and Java will be advantageous.
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, functional specification, solution design, and stakeholder management across the SDLC.
- Ability to work effectively with business users, vendors, developers, and testing teams in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
