Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and core services
Monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance
Manage virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
Oversee network (VLAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls)
Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness
Support IT projects and propose infrastructure improvements
Manage hardware/software lifecycle, licenses, and inventory
Deliver user training and documentation
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams
