System Administrator (MSP | Azure)

We are hiring a System Administrator to support client environments across Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, security, backups, and cloud-based infrastructure.

This role is a strong fit for someone with MSP experience who enjoys a mix of escalation support and project work. You will help maintain stable, well-documented client environments, support cloud and infrastructure improvements, and work directly with clients to resolve technical issues with a long-term fix mindset.

What You’ll Support

• Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and user management
• Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, permissions, authentication, and access issues
• Windows 10/11 workstations, business applications, endpoint issues, and client devices
• Network troubleshooting involving firewalls, switches, VPNs, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and connectivity
