About the Role
This role is ideal for experienced Support Workers who have worked in SDA, SIL, or supported accommodation settings and are confident working in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You’ll need to be comfortable responding to both planned and unplanned support needs with professionalism, initiative, and sound judgement.
You will be part of an innovative on-site shared support model, working from a dedicated team hub that enables fast, responsive care while empowering participants to live with choice, control, and independence.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an On-Site Shared Support Worker, you will:
- Provide responsive, on-site support to NDIS participants living independently
- Respond promptly to unplanned or short-notice support needs
- Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and mobility support (as required)
