About the Role

As a Support Engineer, you will significantly contribute to our product improvement and work with other Engineers to sustain aspects of our product development life cycle. Support Engineers will also play a critical role in resolving technical system issues that promote product reliability. You will have endless opportunities to learn and grow in the Engineering development space.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 1+ year of Support Engineering or related work experience. OR Associate's degree and 2+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of Support Engineering or related work experience. *Completed advanced degree in a relevant field may be substituted for up to one year (Master’s = one year) of work experience.
