About the Role

As the Support Analyst you will be providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to our clients existing customer base. Understanding business process, some internal training and ideally experience of working with SYSPRO ERP.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and telephone support to customers
- Product testing on new and existing products
- Provide internal training
- Build and share knowledge on new features of software
- To give advice and support teams with any project issues so they can be resolved
