Overview

Position: Supply Chain Support Executive

Industry: Japanese Shipping and Cargo Firm

Location: City of Binan, Laguna, Philippines

Schedule: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)

Responsibilities

• Handles customer inquiries and processes orders via phone and email, providing updates on inventory, shipment status, and delivery schedules
• Coordinates delivery instructions with warehouse and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch
• Prepares, verifies, and maintains shipping, invoicing, and system documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Holder
• At least 1 year of work experience in customer service in warehouse operations
• Experience working in customer-focused distribution
• Willing to work fully on site
• Willing to work as soon as possible
