Supply Chain Specialist

The Planner is responsible for forecasting advanced packaging operations, ensuring demand and supply alignment across wafers. The planner partners closely with cross‑functional stakeholders including Engineering, Factory Planning, Supply Planning, and Manufacturing Strategy to support operational readiness, capacity allocation, and scenario‑based decision making. The planner plays a critical role in translating complex data into actionable plans and driving continuous improvement through analytics, automation, and AI‑enabled solutions.

• Develop and maintain advanced package demand and starts forecasts to support short‑term execution and long‑term capacity planning
• Build and manage planning models incorporating wafer constraint
