Supply Chain & Operations Executive

Candidates will be assigned to the Purchasing, Planning, Shipping, Sourcing, Program/ Costing department based on educational background, skills, and working experience.

Job Responsibilities

Purchasing

• Generate and manage purchase orders based on forecasts and customer orders.
• Follow up with suppliers on order acknowledgements and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely system updates for purchasing transactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of delivery, quality, and lead time.
• Maintain accurate purchasing documentation and handle return shipments.

Planning

• Plan and manage production schedules based on customer forecasts and orders.
