Facilitate official flight, transport, and accommodation request (OFTAR) and department official transport and accommodation request (DOTR) through travel agencies Render transport services Issue the departmental vehicles with trip authority & fuel cards Requesting the licence and fuel cards for the department vehicles Ensure that the department vehicles are serviced Maintain the process of accident reports for departmental vehicles
