About the Role
JOB ROLE
. Handle all clerical and administrative matters for Customer Service, including data entry.
. Work closely with Production Control and Warehouse teams to manage order delivery on-time in full.
. Liaise with freight forwarder for shipment and prepare shipping documents.
. Communicate with customer on their purchase orders and delivery arrangements.
. Coordinate two-month delivery schedules and maintain a rolling three-month forecast for MAY and Tadly trading items to ensure timely material availability and efficient production flow.
. Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
