Purchase products from suppliers and follow up on orders, deliveries, stock shortages, and back-ordered products (B/O). Identify new suppliers and participate in negotiating pricing and purchasing terms. Monitor inventory levels and follow up on receipts, inventories (including hospital laundries), cycle counts, and discrepancies to ensure product availability. Prepare pick lists, orders, equipment transfers, weekly summaries, and coordinate transportation activities. Produce monthly laundry billing, communicate weekly alerts, and complete quarterly IFTA reports. Process customer orders, assist in opening new accounts, and perform various administrative tasks, including data entry and filing. Perform any other related duties as required.
